My First Collaboration in Monte Carlo – Rampoldi Restaurant with Chef Antonio Salvatore

My first professional experience in Monte Carlo could not have been more special. I had the opportunity to collaborate with the prestigious Rampoldi Restaurant, led by the talented Chef Antonio Salvatore – a Michelin-starred name synonymous with refinement and passion. From the moment I arrived, I felt the charm and elegance that make Monaco one of the most iconic destinations in the world.

This collaboration was more than just another filming day; it was an emotional milestone for me. I have always admired Monaco for its timeless beauty and sophistication, so being there to film my video experience felt like a dream unfolding in real life.

We focused on a beautiful lunch experience, capturing every detail of Chef Salvatore’s artistry. The menu was a journey through pure indulgence — starting with eggs topped with truffle, followed by fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms, a perfectly cooked fillet with foie gras and truffle, and finishing with a delicate soufflé dessert. Each dish was a celebration of texture, aroma, and flavor — true haute cuisine presented with impeccable grace.

After the meal, I had the pleasure to ask Chef Antonio a few questions, learning about his creative philosophy and the inspiration behind his culinary approach. His words reflected not just technique, but a deep respect for ingredients and emotion in cooking, something that resonated strongly with me.
