Over the past few years, I’ve documented restaurants, hotels and wineries across Europe, producing content from more than 50 cities in Italy, Malta, France, Monaco, Poland and Portugal.
My work has generated more than 50 million video views, leading to collaborations with high-end venues and inspiring personalities. In 2025, I published my first book, “A Taste of Two Homes”, inspired by my journey between Malta and Italy. In 2026, I released my second book, “50 Places I Love”, a personal collection from Malta shaped by taste, memory and the stories that stayed.
