This Is How I Travel Between Malta and Italy

People often ask me why I travel between Malta and Italy so often. The answer is simple. Every trip gives me a different perspective and reminds me why I love storytelling.

This time, my journey began in Cannes. There is something special about this city. The coastline is beautiful, people seem genuinely happy, and long lunches become part of the daily routine. If you haven’t visited yet, I would highly recommend adding it to your list.

The next stop was Saint-Tropez. That place feels like a dream. Lunch at Sénéquier is always an experience. It’s loud, energetic, busy, and full of character. If you want to feel the rhythm of the city, that’s where you should be.

Then came Monaco. Mornings started with breakfast overlooking the sea, followed by long walks and a swim before lunch at Rampoldi and an early dinner at Le Fernet. There is something comforting about returning to places where people know your name. It makes every visit feel a little more personal.

After a few days, something changes. You feel recharged, inspired, and ready to enjoy life again.

My next destination was Portofino, a place I visit three times a year. Familiar streets, conversations with familiar faces, accommodation overlooking the sea at Portofino VIP, and dinner at Da I Gemelli create the perfect combination. Add a day trip to Camogli or San Fruttuoso, and the experience becomes even more memorable.

The final stop was Turin. Long walks, elegant architecture, and charming cafés provided a completely different atmosphere.

Nine days. Five destinations. Five different lifestyles. One unforgettable journey between Malta, South of France and Italy that once again reminded me how important it is to keep exploring.
