Florence has always been a city that celebrates passion, authenticity, and the beauty of tradition — values I deeply connect with. My recent collaboration with Trattoria Dall’Oste, often called the best steakhouse in Florence, was one of those moments where everything aligned perfectly: food, people, and purpose.

Known across Italy and beyond for their legendary bistecca alla fiorentina, Trattoria Dall’Oste is a symbol of true Florentine craftsmanship. What made this experience truly special was the presence of the Chef himself, who came personally to meet me and prepare the famous steak right in front of me. His warmth and pride in his craft reminded me why I started this journey — to celebrate the people who make food with soul.

We filmed the full experience — from the moment the steak hit the grill to the last glass of wine shared at the table. But beyond the camera, what stayed with me was the connection. Being recognized for my work and invited to collaborate with such an iconic restaurant means a lot. It shows how far this path has come — from an idea born out of curiosity and love for storytelling, to being welcomed by Italy’s finest kitchens.

As the official presenter for Malta and Italy, these collaborations represent more than just content — they are bridges between cultures, emotions, and traditions. Florence gave me another unforgettable memory and a story that reflects what I stand for: respect for the craft, authenticity, and genuine human connection.
